Secretary/PA - Woodbridge
Are you an experienced secretary at Director level? If so, we would like to hear from you. Our engineering client based on the outskirts of Woodbridge in Suffolk is looking for someone very special. You will have all relevant secretarial experience, including shorthand and/or good audio speed. You will be responsible for managing the diaries for 2 senior level Directors, arranging business travel, accommodation and general secretarial duties. You may be required to attend meetings outside of normal working hours, therefore a small amount of flexibility is required for which time of in lieu is available. You will need excellent clinical skills, combined with the ability to lead and motivate a team. A sound understanding of the Care Standards together with a Nursing qualification and current NMC registration are essential for the role.

We are currently looking for someone with excellent IT skills, comfortable with data entry, who has excellent attention to detail, able to work alone within a team environment, who works well under pressure and ideally with warehousing/shipping experience, although not essential as training will be provided as required.
Key responsibilities:

Import Clerk - Felixstowe
Our Felixstowe based client is looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their busy team. This is a 12 month contract initially with a view to being made permanent. The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills with good attention to detail. You will be responsible for entering data into the in-house systems, liaising with other internal departments, liaising with customers, completing all appropriate import documentation including customs entries. Arranging haulage and ensuring collection of all monies due are received prior to release of imported goods.
Hours Mon - Fri 0900 -1700 hrs
Salary: £16,000-£19,000
Customs Clearance Co-ordinators - Felixstowe
Required for Felixstowe based Freight Forwarding company.
The successful applicant will have had previous experience in all aspects of Import Freight Forwarding. We are particularly interested in hearing from those people with experience of reefer traffic.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all Import declarations, ensuring that all HMRC requirements are met. Producing client invoices promptly and liaising with internal departments as required.
Good IT skills are essential to include Microsoft Word and Excel. HM Revenue & Customs knowledge to include classification, reclaims. Experience using FCPS/CNS & Impatex also required. Excellent customer service skills with good telephone manner as well as good attention to detail also required.
Hours Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 hrs

Import Entry Clerk - Felixstowe
Our successful Felixstowe based client is seeking an experienced Deep Sea Import Clerk to join their team. Duties will include arranging deliveries, processing documentation, raising freight invoices, customer liaison. You will be responsible for your own key accounts where excellent customer service skills are required. Good IT skills, excellent attention to detail. It is essential that applicants have previous experience of completing Customs Entries.
Salary: c£18,000 - 21,000
Bar/Waiting Staff - Woodbridge outskirts
We are urgently seeking experienced, enthusiastic bar and restaurant staff for our client based on the outskirts of Woodbridge. Duties will include waiting on tables in the restaurant and other functions such as weddings and other parties or corporate business functions. You will be of smart appearance, polite and with good communication skills. You will be flexible in your approach, and willing to work various shift patterns which may include evenings and weekends.
